Your Main Responsibilities Are:
- Full Accounts Payable
- Full cycle accounts Receivables
- Assisting in Payroll, bi-weekly for the company
- Assisting with monthly financial statements
- Assisting with key account reconciliations
- Timely posting of credit card and other expenses
- Clear understanding of internal policies and procedures
- Creative recommendations of process improvements and internal controls
- Additional duties as assigned.
You Bing With You:
- Maximum 5 years of accounting
- Strong organizational skills, reliable, autonomous
- Experience with QuickBooks
