Your Main Responsibilities Are:

  • Directs all aspects of the daily accounting function
  • Builds and maintains cost accounting models/standards
  • Hands on operational support
  • Plays a key role in identifying and implementing process improvement and internal controls
  • Prepares and reviews monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
  • Leads year-end financial statement audit, mid-year audit, quarterly reviews and tax return preparation with external auditors
  • Working closely with banks and other financial institutions
  • Working closely with IT and consultants for successful SAP implementation
  • Understands and supervises all aspects of cash flow
  • Supports ongoing upgrades and enhancements of the financial systems (general ledger and support systems) and related reporting

You Bring With You:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant managerial experience
  • CPA or other designation related to finance and accounting
  • Hands-on, independent work style
  • SAP or other ERP system
  • Implementations are added bonus
