Our client is a renowned Canadian retailer is looking to add a manager to the #talent management team to train, coach and guide them through hiring of their large team of employees.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Develop and implement #talentmanagement strategies
  • Provide direction with respect to talent review, planning, #career management, onboarding, #coaching and performance management
  • Manage all talent development products, programs and services
  • Leading team members into the participation of #leadership learning and programs
  • Providing insight and expertise to other management in identifying talent potentials
  • Working with #HR in processing new hires, transfers, terminations and benefits
  • Ensuring proper controls are monitored and maintained
  • Act as lead internal #coach- delivering coaching to other #executive #leaders
  • Using data to identify gaps in talent development requirements and recommend solutions for improvement
  • Manages and tracks functional operating #budget
  • Manages the implementation, governance and training for the succession module implementation

YOU BRING WITH YOU:

  • University degree, with certifications in coaching and assessment
  • 7-10 years of relevant coaching, assessments and talent pool management
  • Experience managing projects
