The Controllers On Call team consists of many components. Recruiters and Placement Specialists work together to ensure that the appropriate Finance Professional is presented to the client for a specific assignment or a full time positions creating a win/win situation. Your primary function is to search our database of qualified Accounting and Finance Professionals. You will be matching skills, experience, education and personality to the requirements of the position.
As a recruiter you bring with you excellent people and interpersonal skills. A Commerce, Accounting or Finance background will assist you in identifying the various types of Accounting and Finance functions and the skill set required performing each function.
The Controllers On Call provides you with all of the training and support you require to develop this unlimited earning potential.
Salary: 100% Commission
In this role your responsibilities include:
- Building on going business relationship with our most valuable interviewed and non-interviewed Accounting and Finance Professionals.
- Total co-operation with our team of Placement Consultants.
