Our client is a Toronto based public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). The Company's primary focus is to enhance shareholder value by identifying, exploring and developing world class gold or other mineral projects in Canada and North America . They are currently seeking a Project Accountant to assist their new office accounting systems. Reporting directly to the CFO this is a permanent full time opportunity to assisting in building office accounting and operating systems.
YOUR MAIN
RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
- Create all operations accounting including, AP/AR, Purchasing, Inventory
- Assist in Month End financial statements and Regulatory reporting Full cycle accounting
- Assist CFO in ad hoc projects
YOU
BRING WITH YOU:
- CGA, CMA , CGA designation or close to completion
- Mining experience
- Excellent language skills
- Experience in full cycle accounting
- Hands on experience with QuickBooks or other similar accounting
